Well, no, we are sticklers for being on time. We do give a time range but it’s not am or pm. We generally give you a 30 minute or 60 minute range, which we will be there. If we’re going to be late, the minute we realize that we’re going to be late, the office or the technician is calling you letting you know that we will not arrive in the scheduled time frame and then give you the option to reschedule if that’s not going to be convenient for you. Another thing I think that makes us unique is that you can call our office anytime. And a lot of times I will answer the phone but on those occasions that I don’t answer the phone, all you have to do is ask talk to me. If I’m in the office, then they’ll send you directly to me to answer any questions that you may have.
